As I grow out the dyed part of my hair and as the dryer winter months approach, I’ve started looking out for moisturizing hair masks to keep my hair from looking too dry. As I was browsing the SKINFOOD products available on the SokoGlam site a couple of months ago, I came across this Argan Oil Repair Plus Treatment Mask (6.76 oz / 200 ml, $15).
As this is a pretty new brand, this post will be a review of the product as well as an overview and first impressions of the brand.
BYBI Beauty is a brand from the founders Clean Beauty Co, a “modern, luxury beauty brand built on an ethos of high performance natural ingredients”. BYBI Beauty itself is 100% natural skincare as well and is a pretty recent launch, with just five different products available on its site right now. Unfortunately for non-UK residents, the site currently only ships within the UK. When I emailed the company, they directed me to Content Beauty & Wellbeing, an amazing site that sells a variety of different all natural skincare and beauty products and offers free shipping worldwide. This is where I purchased BYBI Beauty’s Prime Time (60 ml or 2.03 oz, $31.89), which I decided was the first product I wanted to try from this brand.
Despite being so good with my facial skincare routine, I, more often than not, neglect the rest of my body when it comes to skincare. I get too lazy to put on moisturizer after I shower, and it doesn’t help that, a lot of times, the moisturizer leaves my hands greasy. However, with winter coming up, I figured I should really get on it, especially because the skin on my legs can get kind of scaly with the winter dryness.
I hadn’t been expecting anything else from Influenster this year, especially after that generous Posh VoxBox I received a few months earlier. So, needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered I would have the opportunity to try this foundation.
I had never heard of this brand until a couple months ago. I had headed into Target to purchase a No.7 foundation (stay tuned for a review!), since I had received a coupon with a different purchase. I was pulled in by the cute, minimal packaging of Botanics, which sat right next to the No.7 display at my local Target. I checked Cartwheel, and there just happened to be a 20% discount on everything Botanics, so I decided to pick up a couple of things to try. Needless to say, I was very impressed with what I had tried, and eventually decided to pick up a bunch of other stuff, so, of course, I had to do another “At a Glance” post.
I bought the Urban Decay Brow Tamer (0.15 oz, $20) a while ago after I heard a Youtuber talk about it (I forget who), but I only busted it out recently because I had finally let go of my long expired Benefit Gimme Brow (0.1 oz, $24). I’ve used the Brow Tamer enough times now that I feel like I can give a fair review of it.
